This is the home of the particoloured cocker spaniels. Parti-colours knows as roans are in the main breed as separate lines to the solid cockers and have been since about the 1950's with some exceptions. This can be seen on the pedigrees, but before 1950's the lines were common all going back to the likes of Ch OBO in the 1890's, when Cockers were first registered as a separate breed. OBO II went off to the USA and began generations of cocker spaniels over there. Therefore this section of the website is dedicated to our parti-colours. Note in the UK we call cockers 'Cocker Spaniels' but in some countries e.g. the USA cockers are called 'English Cocker Spaniels'
