We feel it is time to introduce our latest star, Dolly aka Jayzander Maid By Request. Dolly hit the ring at 6 months old and quickly earned the nick name Dolly Pop. This young girl was rather fat to say the least, a proper chunky puppy with true puppy fat. She wobbled round the ring and from then on became known as Dolly Wobble Pop. Over the past 2 months she has proven to be a real character, losing some of her wobble but gaining buckets of attitude. She attended Leeds Champ show where she won BPIB, a few weeks later won the same award at Birmingham National and Richmond Championship show. The highlight so far had to be Birmingham National where she went on to win the gundog puppy group and entered the big ring to challenge for best puppy in show. She didn’t win the big award but we were rather chuffed to win the puppy group. The group judge was well respected all rounder Mr Andrew Brace and his critique in the dog press about Dolly is below for all to read. “Jayzander maid by request Blue roan cocker bitch who stood away here for her outstanding movement and sheer cockeriness. On the table a joy to go over, well boned, big ribbed and compact with a lovely head and flowing outline. Also she was one of the few to have obvious muscle tone. The kind of bitch any breeder would love to own.” |
