This weekend saw our first outdoor championship dog show at Three Counties Showground, Malvern. The sun shone and a stiff breeze blew. The grass was freshly cut and the scents on the ground were strong. Yes work this one out, young dogs and the above environment equals disaster or fun, whichever way you see it. The above dog, Eddie, aka Jayzander Murphys Law provided some entertainment in his first Junior Dog Class. At just 1 year old in we trotted, and Eddie’s head was down, nose firmly stuck to the ground. He skipped, jumped, twisted and turned and never once moved in a straight line. The Judge Mr Frank White, was very patient and asked me to move him again, a repeat performance ensued. We were placed 4th which is good considering how bad he was, bless him, its a good job I love him. Curtis, Jayzander Blue Ensign put Eddie to shame and was very well behaved and won his Graduate Dog Class. Kate Siviter’s Lexi aka Trentshome Sno Business won a very strong Limit Bitch class and our good friends stole the show. Mrs Anne Webster and Mrs Debbie Grice both showed their dogs to their title, Kylie ( Asquanne Generation Gap) and Ollie (Kyna By Request). Annie also got best puppy in breed with young Louie. The beer tent beckoned to celebrate. Comments are closed.
